Our normal business hours are Monday thru Friday. However, if you require a Saturday delivery the request will incur an additional charge of $15.00
Does Luxshoeri.com deliver to P.O. Boxes
Luxshoeri.com can and will deliver to local P.O. Boxes. Please note that you may incur an additional charge by the Bermuda Postal Service. Please check with your nearest Post Office for rates.
Where does Luxshoeri.com deliver?
Luxshoeri.com can deliver anywhere in Bermuda. You chose where you want your items delivered and Luxshoeri.com will be there. We can deliver to a residential address, a business address, a post box etc. You name the place.
Is delivery free in the City of Hamilton?
Yes, you read it correctly. Luxshoeri.com offers FREE Next Business Day delivery for all items ordered and to be delivered in the City of Hamilton if ordered before 3:00 p.m. FREE DELIVERY if the delivery destination is in the City of Hamilton. Now, that’s living luxshoeriously!
Does Luxshoeri.com delivery Internationally?
Unfortunately, Luxshoeri.com does not deliver outside of Bermuda. We do plan to become international by late 2010. Please check back periodically for updates on our international services.
What are the rules for a return?
Returns must be requested within 30 days for a full refund. Unworn merchandise will be refunded in the original method of payment. Please note that final sale items are not returnable. These are items marked Final Sale.
Merchandise Return guidelines
Repack the shoes in the original shoebox(es) and be sure to wrap and tape the box with a protective cover such as a plastic shopping bag or a cardboard box. Please do not send the items in the original shoebox only. The item(s) can be easily damaged during transit. Please make sure the merchandise is unworn and the soles of the shoes are not scuffed and are clean. Returns will not be accepted if the soles of the shoe show wear.

Schedule a return pick-up
Kindly fill out our Returns and Exchanges form located at the far bottom left hand corner of your screen.
Luxshoeri.com will pick up any unwanted items free of charge. Just indicate on the Returns and Exchanges form the address you would like the items picked up from. Please make sure this merchandise is unworn and follows our guidelines for an acceptable return.
Please note that the pick up return address does not have to be the same address to where the items were delivered.
Mail your return
To mail a return, please follow these easy steps:
1. Fill out the Returns and Exchanges form.
2. Repack the shoes in their original shoebox(es) and be sure to wrap and tape the box with a protective cover such as a plastic bag or a cardboard box. Please do not send the items in the original shoebox only. The items can easily be damaged during transit. Please make sure this merchandise is unworn and follows our guidelines for an acceptable return.
3. Include the invoice in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
4. Print our pre-paid Bermuda Postage Shipping lable located at the bottom of the Returns and Exchanges form and affix it to the outside of the package.
5. Give the package to your postal carrier or take it to your local post office. No postage is necessary when using the prepaid return label.
What if I receive defective merchandise?
In the event that you receive defective merchandise, within 15 days of your purchase, please report the defect by email to one of customer service representatives at info.luxshoeri@gmail.com.
Please note that if your shoes have been worn, we can only issue a gift certificate in the amount of the purchase price of the item. Make note of all defects on the invoice when sending the defective merchandise to us so our customer support team can be aware of all damages.
What do I do if I receive an item I did not order?
Please contact us immediately if you have received an incorrect item or items were delivered to you (or to your home) that you didn't order so that we may correct the problem.
I purchased a pair of shoes but they do not fit. What do I do?
We are glad to exchange unworn items, depending on availability. Footwear exchanges must be in the original shoebox. Kindly fill out our Returns and Exchanges form as above but be sure to indicate that it will be an exchange just so our delivery person is aware that they must bring with them your preferred size or style. If after we have delivered your exchange pair you find yourself still unsatisfied, Luxshoeri.com will offer you a store credit, or a refund (subject to the 30 day return clause). Luxshoeri.com will not charge you an extra penny for an exchange.
What if there's a problem with my credit/debit card?
If there's a problem with your order we will email you for further information or verification. If you do not respond within 24 hours of that email, we are sorry but we will not be able to hold that product for you.
How soon will customer service respond to my question or query?
We apologize for not being able to provide our dear customers with one on one customer telephone support. However, we are available at info.luxshoeri@gmail.com and aim to respond to all questions and queries within the hour.
